It's the CLIMB
WoW~ We got into Top 12!!!
Before I check my mail, I was still watching the video clip done by 5GdotMy of UM Next Tycoon (They just uploaded in youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IsSaXuKIGYw&feature=related but having hot discussion in Facebook). A lot of feelings came across my mind, especially till the 3rd part of the video shooting…I recall what I said and this is the reason why I continue climbing in another platform – YES 2 Challenge!
Even though our group (Xeno) only got 3rd runner up whereby no prize at all, but at least we able to contribute around RM500 to charity (From the committee: You guys are one of the highest contributor!) I believe with the exposure and experience that I gained from my business as well as UM Next Tycoon will definitely help me in climbing up to the next level of YES 2 Challenge 'mountain'!!!
Great job teammates JZ & CheeYee!
Greenergy Sincerest and Deepest Thanks to our:
1) UV, Michael & Brandon for the opportunity given!
2) YES Advisors Nazrin Hassan, Roslan Bakri Zakaria, Dr Sivapalan, Roshan Thiran, Dato' Nik Kamaruddin, Christy Lee, Ahmad Razmy, Bugs Tan, David Vicary, Loy Teik Inn, Lai Gin Nyap & Vincent Kok for your kind efforts and support!!
Just finish our meeting and it’s going to be a tougher challenge in front of us…Glad to have positive mindset in all of us by overcoming every single obstacle that we might face =) No matter how, for sure we will enjoy the journey and we believe we can climb up to the top!!

Keep On Moving Forward
"Results for the Maybank MoneyTree YES Challenge BreakThrough Session would be announced today....Tabulation of scores almost completed...Intense! Looks like there's a draw!..Which means....a decision would have to be made....a Tough decision....Stay tuned for updates...." by Mr. Wong UV.
Quite nervous after reading this from facebook, really agree with JZ Wong that no matter how the result is going to be...we still need to KEEP ON MOVING FORWARD to realize the mission and vision of Greenegy!
I believe business is about trying a new thing as well as solving others problem. With Greenergy, we come out with a new business concept toward creating a tremendous impact to improve recycling habits in Malaysia starting from youth. Hence, it can help us to build a greener future by solving environmental problems.
Hopefully we can keep on running as fast as tiger in the year of tiger!!! Also, stop the tiger killer (calling for the protection of tigers)!

Breakthrough Session
Thumbs up for Money Tree for holding up such a great event! Me and my team Greenergy totally enjoyed the event.
2minutes + 2 questions from judges was the determining factor for our continuation or elimination in this journey.
Overall, we did the best that we could during the preparation and presentation. Certainly hope that we can get through the top 10 stage and all the way through. We were the 4th team to present on the day. Presentation went on smoothly and the judges were very kind on the questions with our team. Neil was one of the judges who expressed that he like the idea that we came out with. ^^ Yu Vee was as well very supportive, congratulating us right after the presentation. Encouraging words him gives us the confidence. Was really glad of that.
Besides the presentation, I felt the more important aspect of the day was being able to meet with lots of great people with great minds. We were definitely privileged to have met up with these people. Mr Chen Chow was very kind in sharing his insights and provided loads of points in improving our business concept. Hope to be able to meet up with him for discussions in future. Mr. Lai and Mr Michael Reyes who was the judges that day too was very kind in giving comments on our ideas during break-time.
Breakthrough session was a mix of entertainment and business. Michael and Dr.Siva was a real star among the judges. ^^ Contestants do get a hard time with their critical questions, but hey, it was a wake up call for us on what to expect for the next round. The crowd do however enjoyed the scene. Loads of funny moments from the contestants as well as from judges . =)
For our business idea, we have noted key points brought on by the judges and will definitely get on more research and meeting sessions with the mentors.
Later that night we got to add Neil to our facebook. Was a real shocker to know about his age regardless remarkably achieved levels way beyond his years. Really driving in the urge to raise the standards in my life.
Enjoyed the chat session in facebook with Mike, Yu Vee and all of the great people that we have just met today.
Results will be out on Monday. Confidence to get through is there, but we will see the verdict then.
P/S: A real thanks to our 3 supporters Choy, Michelle and Jia Yee for coming to support us there. ^^

We Learn It the HARD Way
The experience from generating a business idea, to writing a compelling executive summary, summarizing it to a synopsis and finally coming out with an elevator pitch, is nerve-wrecking but definitely cracking!!

Creating lasting change.
Was listening through Tony Robbin's audio cd today. One of the phrases caught my attention.
"Most of us, the moment we get uncomfortable with something, we immediately wanna get rid of it. So we eat sumthing, we watch sumthing, we facebook (myself :p) to take away the pain of the moment. But when we take away the pain, we take away the drive to change. We gotta get thru it, its uncomfortable, but this uncomfort will give us leverage to really finally create lasting change."
